Various studies in the past have shown that the blue light emitted by your monitor can reduce your ability to fall asleep fast. To reduce the amount of blue light you can use a feature in Windows called Night Light. In this article, we will discuss how to turn on Night Light in Windows 11.
1. First, click on the Start Button and then click on the Settings.
2. Then under System click on Display.
3. In Display at the top, you will see the Night Light settings with an On-Off toggle switch. You can use this toggle switch to turn on or off.
4. But if you want to schedule it then click on Night Light. After clicking you need to turn on the Schedule night light. After turning it on we will see the options to select on and off time. You can also change the blue light filter strength by using the Strength slider.
